J. Patrick and Irene Hunt

Pat and Irene Hunt have been supporting Sunny Hills Services for over three decades. Their involvement with the agency began with Irene's membership in the Greenbrae Guild, and has grown to include terms of service on the agency's board of directors, honorary board membership, and recognition as founding members of the agency's Leadership Circle.

It is with tremendous pride that Sunny Hills Services announces the establishment of its first named educational fund: The J. Patrick and Irene Hunt Fund. The Fund has a base of $250,000 to which Pat and Irene will make additional commitments each year as pledges are received from existing and new Sunny Hills supporters. The goal is for the fund to reach $500,000 and both the Hunts and the agency are determined to ensure that the goal is achieved.

"During the long period of our involvement with Sunny Hills, we have had the chance to witness firsthand the importance of the work that this agency does," says Pat. Through establishing this fund, they are leading the way for others in turn to be able to support that work. "We have seen the excellent outcomes Sunny Hills creates for the young people they serve, and because of those outcomes it is our joint wish to have the privilege of establishing this fund. We hope it will act as a seed for future giving."
